Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.
Inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers.
Identify electrical problems using appropriate testing devices.
Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes.
Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes.
Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits to ensure compatibility and safety.
Use hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
Respond to service calls and diagnose electrical issues on-site.
