Job Description
Electrician
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, lighting, and power supply in rooms and common areas.
Troubleshoot and repair faulty wiring, switches, sockets, and distribution boards.
Inspect and maintain electrical panels, breakers, and wiring for safety.
Ensure generators, UPS, and other backup power systems are functioning.
Carry out preventive maintenance of electrical appliances (ACs, fans, water heaters, etc.).
Respond quickly to electrical complaints from camp residents.
Maintain records of electrical repairs, inspections, and energy usage.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and prevent fire/electrical hazards.
Support installation of new equipment and expansion of electrical networks.
Report material requirements and technical issues to the camp supervisor/engineer.
