Your Impact

As an

Electrician

, you will be crucial to the successful implementation and ongoing performance of our lighting projects. You'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and lighting fixtures, ensuring all work adheres to the highest safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do

Installation: Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices, and related equipment, primarily for lighting systems in commercial, residential, and outdoor settings.

Wiring & Connection: Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to connect electrical systems to power sources.

Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, power failures, and short circuits in lighting systems and associated electrical infrastructure.

Testing & Inspection: Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical systems and components to ensure compliance with safety codes and operational efficiency.

Fixture Mounting: Securely mount lighting fixtures, control panels, and other electrical equipment according to design specifications and safety standards.

Conduit Installation: Install various types of conduit and raceways to protect electrical wiring.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all relevant safety codes, regulations (e.g., DEWA regulations in Dubai), and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

Tool & Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of electrical tools and equipment.

Documentation: Complete work orders, reports, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Collaboration: Work effectively with lighting designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Client Interaction: Professionally interact with clients on-site as needed, addressing their concerns and providing clear explanations of work being performed.

What You'll Bring

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited electrician apprenticeship program or vocational training is highly preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a licensed or certified Electrician, preferably with experience in lighting installation.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of electrical theory, principles, and practices.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

Experience with various electrical testing equipment (e.g., multi meters, continuity testers).

Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations (e.g., DEWA regulations for Dubai).

Physical Aptitude: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.

Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Ethic: A strong commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and attention to detail.

Driver's License: Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
