Electrician

who can independently handle all electrical works across fit-out projects.

Job Overview

We are hiring an

educated and experienced Electrician

who can

read and understand electrical drawings

,

quantify materials

, and

execute the full scope of electrical installations

for office and residential interior fit-out projects -- from first fix to final commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret

electrical layouts, lighting plans, power distribution drawings, and MEP coordination drawings

Prepare material take-offs

and coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely availability of required electrical materials Install

conduits, trunking, cable trays, DBs, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, panel boards,

and other components as per project requirements Perform

wiring, circuit termination, and load distribution

in line with DEWA/DCD regulations and project specs Handle

first fix and second fix electrical installation

including low current and data cabling Conduct

testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning

of electrical systems on-site Ensure

compliance with local authority regulations

(DEWA, DCD, etc.) and safety protocols Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants for inspections and approvals Maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness

Requirements

Minimum

3 years of experience

in

interior fit-out electrical works

for residential and/or commercial projects Must be

educated

with the ability to

read and understand electrical drawings and technical schematics

Must be able to

quantify material requirements

for projects based on approved layouts Hands-on experience in complete electrical installation from rough-in to final commissioning Familiarity with

UAE standards

site safety

, and

consultant/landlord approval requirements

Ability to work independently or as part of a team on active job sites Good communication and site coordination skills Physically fit and reliable

Preferred

Diploma or ITI certification in Electrical Engineering or related field Knowledge of

lighting control systems

structured cabling

is an advantage UAE driving license is a plus
