We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components related to facade lighting projects. This role requires a strong technical background, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an Electrician, preferably in the construction or facade lighting industry. Proven experience in electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid electrician license or certification (if required by state or local regulations). High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

Install and maintain electrical systems for facade lighting projects. Ensure all installations comply with electrical codes and safety standards. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues and malfunctions promptly. Install and configure lighting fixtures, controls, and related equipment. Perform wiring and connections according to project specifications. Test and commission lighting systems to ensure proper functionality. Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Plan and layout electrical wiring based on architectural and engineering plans. Collaborate with drafters, engineers, and project managers as needed. Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems for safety and performance. Identify and report hazards or potential safety issues on job sites. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked. Complete daily logs and reports to track project progress and status. Provide documentation for inspections, audits, and client approvals. Work collaboratively with other tradespeople, technicians, and contractors on project sites. Coordinate with project managers and supervisors to meet project deadlines and goals. * Support and assist colleagues as needed to ensure project success.
