to join our real estate property management team. The role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical systems across residential and commercial properties, ensuring safety, compliance, and uninterrupted service for tenants and owners.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
Diagnose electrical faults and perform corrective repairs efficiently.
Install, repair, and replace electrical fixtures, switches, sockets, lighting, and breakers.
Maintain and inspect electrical distribution boards (DBs) and wiring systems.
Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and emergency electrical issues.
Ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards and local regulations.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and safety risks.
Coordinate with the facilities and property management teams on scheduled works.
Prepare basic maintenance reports and record completed tasks.
Support handover inspections and property readiness for leasing.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as an Electrician (property maintenance experience preferred) in the state of Qatar.
Diploma / Technical Certificate in Electrical Works or equivalent.
Good knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems.
Ability to read basic electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and able to work on-site across multiple properties.
Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate or facilities management companies.
Ability to handle emergency maintenance situations.
Good communication skills with tenants and team members.
Basic knowledge of other maintenance trades is an advantage.
