Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks across the warehouse and office premises
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are consistently met
Carry out minor repairs for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and fixtures
Monitor and maintain HVAC, lighting, and water systems
Report and escalate major issues to facility management or contractors
Electrical Skills:
Installation and repair of wiring systems
Setup of switchboards, MCBs, and lighting systems
Fault detection, short circuit fixing, and load balancing
Installation of electrical appliances.
Plumbing Skills:
Pipe fitting, leak detection, and repair
Installation of water supply and drainage systems
Fitting of sanitaryware, taps, tanks, and pumps
Maintenance of water heaters, filters, and pressure systems
