Job Title: Electrician cum Plumber

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician cum Plumber to join our construction team in RAK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical and plumbing systems in a construction site, ensuring safety and compliance with UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities: Electrical Duties:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in Construction site.

Inspect generators , electric box , electric cables, lighting.

Identify electrical problems using appropriate testing devices.

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical issues.

Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes and safety standards.

Plumbing Duties:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in Construction site when ever needed.

Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety and functionality.

Handle blocked drains, leaking pipes, and other plumbing-related issues.

Install sanitary fittings like washbasins, WCs, and kitchen sinks.

Requirements:

trade certificate in Electrical work.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in UAE or GCC (preferred).

Education: ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Plumbing or relevant technical certification.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of UAE electrical and plumbing codes.

Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.

Knowledge of safety procedures and standards.

Basic troubleshooting skills for both electrical and plumbing systems.

Language: Basic English (Arabic is a plus).

License: UAE Driving License (preferred but not mandatory).

Working Conditions:

Work may involve climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, or outdoors.

May be required to work in shifts or on-call based on maintenance needs.
