We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician cum Plumber to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling a variety of electrical and plumbing tasks, including installation, repair, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities: . Perform routine and emergency electrical and plumbing repairs . Install and maintain lighting fixtures, electrical panels, water systems, and sanitary fittings . Inspect and diagnose issues with wiring, pipes, drainage systems, etc. . Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations . Maintain records of repairs and service requests . Collaborate with other technicians and departments as needed Requirements: . Proven experience more than 2 years, as both an electrician and plumber .
