We are seeking a skilled Electrician Cum Plumber. The ideal candidate will have experience in both fields, ensuring the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and plumbing systems efficiently and safely. Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations (wiring, switches, lighting, outlets, etc.). Troubleshoot electrical issues and resolve them promptly. Install and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, faucets, water heaters, and drainage systems. Repair and maintain plumbing fixtures and ensure water flow systems are functioning properly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Respond to emergency electrical and plumbing issues. Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials. Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance tasks. Conduct routine inspections of electrical and plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality.
