Responsibilities:
Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems in residential and commercial projects.
Troubleshoot issues related to wiring, lighting, circuit breakers, piping, drainage, pumps, and fixtures.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Ensure all work complies with Dubai regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems.
Prepare material requirements and report any needed repairs or issues to the supervisor.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure efficient workflow and timely task completion.
Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of experience
as an electrician and/or plumber.
Minimum
1 year of work experience in Dubai
.
Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing tools, systems, and safety procedures.
Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant trade certificates are an advantage.
