Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Electrician Cum Plumber

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing

electrical and plumbing systems

across residential, commercial, or industrial sites



Install, maintain, and repair

electrical wiring, circuits, panels, and appliances

, ensuring all work complies with

UAE safety standards and regulations

. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs, testing systems with appropriate tools and equipment. Assist in

commissioning and inspection

of electrical installations. Install, repair, and maintain

water supply and drainage systems

, including pipes, faucets, valves, and fixtures. Carry out

pipe cutting, threading, welding, and fitting

as per specifications. Troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, or faulty systems, and perform

preventive maintenance

to avoid future problems. Read and interpret

technical drawings, schematics, and manuals

for both electrical and plumbing works. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner. Prepare

work reports and maintenance documentation

. Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and clients to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.

Requirements



Minimum 2 years of experience

as an

Electrician Cum Plumber

. Skilled in both

electrical and plumbing systems

, including installation, troubleshooting and maintenance. Ability to read technical drawings and implement work accordingly. Knowledge of

UAE safety standards and regulations

.
