Job Description

We are looking for skilled and experienced Electricians to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in electrical installations for interior and fit-out works including lighting, power points, DB dressing, and wiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform all types of electrical works for interior projects, including wiring, conduit installation, DB dressing, socket and switch installations. Read and interpret electrical drawings and layout plans. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems. Ensure installation and testing as per DEWA & Dubai Municipality regulations. Assist in coordination with site supervisors and other technical staff. Follow safety procedures and guidelines strictly. Provide support during inspections and project handovers. Maintain tools and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of UAE experience in electrical works for interior fit-out or construction projects. Basic knowledge of DEWA standards and load calculations is an advantage. Ability to read and understand layout and shop drawings. Must be physically fit and willing to work at heights or confined spaces. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of safety standards in electrical work. Trade certification or ITI/Diploma in Electrical is preferred.

We are looking for a hands-on, multi-skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in both electrical and plumbing work, to handle ongoing maintenance across our group of restaurants.

A valid driving license is required. You'll be responsible for keeping our locations safe, operational, and in top condition by responding to maintenance needs quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical repairs and installations (lights, sockets, wiring, appliances) Perform plumbing work (leaks, blockages, pipe fitting, toilets, sinks) Attend breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls at restaurants Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections Perform general handyman tasks (e.g., doors, locks, fixtures, basic painting) Ensure all work is carried out to health and safety standards Keep a log of work done and materials used
Requirements:

Proven experience in both electrical and plumbing maintenance Hands-on, practical, and self-sufficient Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Able to work across multiple locations (travel within city/region) Flexible to attend emergency call-outs if needed
Working Hours

9 to 10 hours daily (as per project requirement) Overtime applicable as per UAE labor law Accommodation provided by the company Weekly day off Immediate joining preferred
