Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, control systems, and lighting systems
Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and building specifications
Inspect and repair transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment (sinks, toilets, water heaters, etc.)
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues using appropriate tools and testing devices
Perform preventive maintenance on both electrical and plumbing systems
Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and local regulations
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, and team members when required
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in both electrical and plumbing work
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, safety codes, and maintenance procedures
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
Good troubleshooting, repair, and problem-solving abilities
Physically fit, with the ability to work in confined spaces if needed
Team player with strong communication skills
