We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician cum Plumber to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both electrical and plumbing systems, with the ability to perform a variety of tasks related to installation, maintenance, and repair.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and electrical fixtures.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and water heaters.
Diagnose and fix plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local and national safety codes and regulations.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems.
Collaborate with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and provide efficient solutions.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including materials used and time spent on tasks.
