Key Responsibilities:
Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Install and repair plumbing systems (pipes, drainage, water supply).
Conduct routine maintenance checks.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations.
Respond to emergency repair requests.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in both electrical and plumbing work.
Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in both trades.
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certification or trade license is a plus.
