Full QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS - High school diploma or suitable equivalent
- Must have 5+ years of experience as a electrician and plumbing
- Must have good knowledge of electrical & plumbing works
- Must have 2+years of experience in building maintenance company
- Must have UAE Driving License - MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Must be able & skilled to perform Complete Plumbing & Electrical Works as Part of the Interior Fit Out Projects.
- Should support HVAC/AC teams/technicians in the electrical, plumbing & AC related tasks.
- Should be a good team player & self motivated.
- Must be able and skilled for troubleshooting/repair/maintenance of Building Electrical issues
- Familiar with FEWA rules and regulations, planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Emergency maintenance for all electrical switchgear and distribution networks, control panel and systems, and Safety programs
- To inspect, replace, clean, maintain, and repair all different electrical lighting fixtures, emergency lights & power supply
- Keeps all necessary tools in good working condition, keep their working place neat and clean
- Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom, and other electrical systems
- Install electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment for alarm and other systems
- Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)
- Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
- Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them
- Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc.
- Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units
- Installs pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids
- Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
- Assembles fittings and valves for installation
- Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building
- Installs heating and air-conditioning systems, including water heaters
- Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
- Analyses problem and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers\' requirements
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- electrician cum plumbing: 2 years (Preferred)
