The Electrician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment within the production facility, ensuring safe and uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, and control systems in the production area
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely rectification to minimize downtime
Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company procedures
Maintain records of maintenance work and report major issues to the supervisor
Support production teams during breakdowns and urgent electrical issues
Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2-3 years experience in an industrial or production environment
Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and safety practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
