Overview

Royal Excellent Steel and Cement Industries LLC is seeking an experienced

Electrician

to join our production facility. We manufacture kerbstones, pavers, wheel stoppers, and other precast concrete products. The ideal candidate will be

hands-on, practical, and willing to work on-site directly with the machines and equipment

-- not just supervising.

This position is crucial for ensuring uninterrupted operations, machine reliability, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair

of factory electrical systems, control panels, and wiring. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in production machines and equipment. Conduct regular preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend machine life. Read and interpret technical diagrams, wiring schematics, and manuals. Follow instructions from supervisors and managers -- this is a

practical working position

, not a desk job. Ensure compliance with UAE electrical codes and safety standards. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize disruptions. Keep accurate maintenance logs and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of

practical experience

as an Industrial Electrician (experience in precast or manufacturing industry preferred). Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and motor controls. Ability to

work with tools and equipment directly

-- not just plan or supervise. Familiarity with safety protocols and industrial best practices. Technical or vocational diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred). Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Must have a
