Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician with a diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent technical training) to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic systems and equipment at client sites. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical/electronic systems, strong communication skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of field equipment per contractual KPIs. Troubleshoot and document all maintenance and repair activities. Manage spare parts cycle, work orders (MAXIMO, Service Max), and daily time records. Ensure calibration and upkeep of tools and test equipment. Collaborate with team leads, follow SOPs, and participate in surveys or meetings. Review logs and communications to resolve issues and recommend improvements. Comply with safety and environmental policies; report near-misses in PRISM. Work in 24/7 shifts, on-call rotations, and travel as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering; computer literacy is essential. 23 years of field service experience in electrical/electronic systems. Knowledge of Smiths Detection products (CXS, WTMD, EDS) is an advantage. Strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills. + Valid UAE driving license is preferred (Not Mandatory).
Languages:
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
