Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in buildings and facilities. Diagnose electrical problems using diagrams, blueprints, and testing devices. Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems. Inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers. Identify electrical hazards and perform corrective actions. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls. Ensure all work complies with local regulations and safety standards. Maintain records of work performed and materials used. Collaborate with other maintenance staff, engineers, and contractors as needed. Assist in planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules. Comply with health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Education:
Technical certification or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a facilities management or building maintenance environment in the UAEBenefits
