DUBAI AND ABU DHABI
The
Electrician
is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within a facility. This role ensures compliance with electrical codes, effectively diagnoses and troubleshoots electrical issues, and collaborates with maintenance and facility management teams. (MEP experience is an advantage.)Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
routine preventive maintenance (PPM) and inspections
to identify and address potential electrical issues proactively. Performcorrective and emergency repairs
on electrical failures or damaged fixtures. Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in accordance withrelevant codes and regulations
. Upgrade or replace outdated electrical systems to enhanceefficiency and safety
. Diagnose and resolve electrical problems, includingmalfunctioning circuits, faulty wiring, and other issues
. Respond promptly toemergency situations
, such as power outages or electrical failures. Ensure all electrical workcomplies with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
. Follow and enforcesafety protocols
to minimize risks associated with electrical work. Coordinate withmaintenance staff and facility management
to address overall facility needs. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regardingwork status, timelines, and potential issues
. Maintain accuraterecords and service reports
of all electrical work, including repairs, installations, and inspections. Contribute to the development ofmaintenance schedules and plans
. Stay updated onadvancements in electrical systems, technologies, and codes
. Participate intraining programs
to enhance skills and knowledge. Be available foron-call duty
to address emergency electrical issues outside regular working hours.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
