Key Responsibilities:
? Applying Preventive and Protective Maintenance plan According to the yearly Schedule. Responding to Electrical Failures of production Line and troubleshooting faults.
? Ensure that all equipment is in good working order by conducting field inspection tours and writing the necessary reports.
? Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain and repair high speed machinery and food manufacturing equipment.
? Efficient production equipment set up, inspection and shutdown of all related equipment when required, including process changeovers
? Maintain overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and reliability as well as continuously improving plant.
? Repair electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, equipment and other components so that they remain at full functioning capacity.
? Examine and track equipment faults, read technical drawings and catalogs, suggest appropriate treatment methods.
? Coordinate and Execute Repairs: Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize repairs based on equipment criticality and production requirements.
? Monitor equipment performance indicators and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
? Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and documentation of repairs.
