We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Electrical Technician

with 4+ years of hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient operation of electrical equipment across commercial or industrial facilities, while strictly adhering to all safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in compliance with relevant codes and standards. Quickly identify electrical faults and carry out effective corrective actions to minimize downtime. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to support ongoing activities and projects. Ensure all electrical work meets local regulations, safety procedures, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, inspections, and repair work. Provide timely support during emergency breakdowns or electrical failures. Assist with the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and equipment.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Diploma or ITI in Electrical or a related field (preferred). Minimum 4+ years of proven experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, controls, and safety practices. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Practical experience with electrical testing, measuring, and diagnostic tools. Capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Excellent troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail. Familiarity with Qatar's electrical standards and regulations is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be currently in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
