We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Electrical Technician

with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical equipment and infrastructure within commercial or industrial facilities, adhering to safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with safety codes and standards. Troubleshoot electrical issues promptly and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure electrical systems are functioning properly. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to support facility operations and projects. Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Respond quickly to emergency electrical faults and breakdowns. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and equipment.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Diploma or ITI in Electrical, or a related field. minimum 4-5 years of proven experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, controls, and safety protocols. Experience in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Skilled in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of Qatar's electrical regulations and safety standards is an advantage. Excellent communication skills. Locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
