Position:
Electrical Technician
Responsibilitties:
Installation and Maintenance
: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and machinery. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently.Troubleshooting
: Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices. Repair or replace faulty components such as switches, outlets, and circuit breakers.Blueprint Interpretation
: Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications to determine wiring layouts and installation procedures.Compliance and Safety
: Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and inspection reports.Collaboration
: Work with other trades and contractors on construction projects to ensure proper coordination of electrical work. Provide technical support and guidance to apprentices or other maintenance staff.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
