Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Electrical Supervisor

to oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of

high-voltage electrical systems

in industrial and commercial environments. This role requires expertise in

power distribution, control panels, and high-load electrical infrastructure

, with the ability to manage large-scale projects and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.

Additionally, the role includes responsibilities as an

Installation Technician

, assisting with hands-on tasks related to electrical system installations, including

cable pulling, conduit installation, and basic civil works

. The candidate must also be capable of

driving company vehicles

to job sites, transporting tools and materials, and supporting the technical team in executing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Project Management

Lead, coordinate, and oversee the

installation, testing, and commissioning

of high-voltage electrical systems for industrial and commercial applications. Manage projects involving

industrial power distribution, control panels, circuit breakers, and load management systems

. Ensure adherence to

local electrical codes, DEWA regulations, and high-voltage compliance standards

. Conduct

fault diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting

of high-load electrical systems. Supervise

technicians and electricians

, ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines. Develop

technical reports, project documentation, and maintenance schedules

.

Electrical Systems & Technical Support

Execute

cable pulling, termination, and trunking

for high-capacity electrical infrastructure. Monitor and maintain

transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, and power distribution boards

. Perform

wiring, conduit bending, glanding, and installation of electrical components

. Assist in

basic civil works

, including interlock removal for cable burying and minor structural modifications. Handle

voltage monitoring, current measurement, and energy efficiency optimization

in electrical installations.

Driver & Installation Technician Helper Responsibilities

Drive company vehicles to

job sites across the UAE

, ensuring the safe transport of tools, materials, and team members. Assist with

loading/unloading

of equipment and perform

pre/post-trip vehicle inspections

. Support the

installation team in electrical setups

, including mounting equipment and securing infrastructure. Maintain a

safe, clean, and organized work environment

, following all safety protocols. Interact professionally with customers and escalate inquiries as needed.

RequirementsElectrical Expertise

Minimum

three years

of experience in

electrical supervision and industrial power systems

. Extensive knowledge of

three-phase power distribution, transformers, voltage balancing, and circuit protection

. Experience with

panel board wiring, PLC control panels, and industrial automation systems

. Strong understanding of

switchgear maintenance, voltage regulation, and surge protection

. Ability to interpret

technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout blueprints

.

Technical & Installation Skills

Experience in

cable tray installation, cable pulling through walls, ceilings, and floors

. Familiarity with

electrical conduit bending, trunking, and termination for heavy-duty applications

. Basic knowledge of

minor civil works related to electrical installations

.

Driving & General Requirements

Valid UAE Driving License required

with a clean record. Diploma (required) with at least

3 years of experience

in electrical, construction, or installation roles. Proficiency in

English

Physically fit to

lift equipment (up to 30kg) and work in various weather conditions

. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
