Job Description

Looking to hire a electrical supervisor with hospital experience. 1. Preparation of Load schedule and detailing of Electrical Design Drawings.
2. Monitor the activities of Electrical Technician, Electrician and preparation of material.
3. Support and motivate the team of workers at site.
4. Follow-up and evaluate the daily, weekly and monthly progress reports with PPM work.
5. Inspection of Electrical Installations as per the Standards and Specification.
6. Preparation of Snag list for hand over of the project.
7. Maintenance and all other electrical equipment and rectifying the fault during maintenance.
8. Operation and maintenance of different types of circuit breakers of ratings up to 800 Amps and all other electrical equipment.
9. Safely Installation and Maintenance of electrical equipment such as Electrical Panel Board (ACB, MDB, SMDB and FDB) MCP, MCCP, Capacitor Bank, UPS System & Automatic door etc.
10. Involved in the cabling activities such as cable laying, cable termination and cable joint works from 230 volts up to a rating of 415 volts ranging from 4 mm2 to 630 mm2. Also involved in the termination process of XLPE cables.
11. Installation of switch gear units and control panels for various applications.
12. Installation of Low, Medium and High voltage devices and their wiring.
13. Knowledge of AHU's FCU's, Automatic Pump and HVAC related all Electrical works. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Experience:
