Qualified Site Engineer (Electrical) having 3+ Years of Work experience in UAE
Supervise and coordinate all electrical site activities to ensure work is executed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and local regulations (DEWA/TAQA/SEWA etc.).
Monitor progress against the project baseline and ensure timely execution of HV/LV cable laying, cable jointing, HV equipment installations.
. Familiar to prepare the Method Statement as per site requirement.
Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and client representatives to resolve site-related technical issues and ensure approval of materials and installations.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update senior management on project status, challenges, and milestones.
Perform quantity take-offs and assist in the preparation of electrical BOQs, cost estimates, and material procurement.
Ensure adherence to HSE protocols and quality assurance standards during all phases of construction and commissioning.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and labor force to achieve project timelines and quality expectations.
. Familiar for the preparation of Load Schedules, calculation of voltage drops
. Knowledge in Auto CAD drawings to review the drawings and to make some corrections.
. Preparation of BOQ materials required at site.
Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems and assist in commissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and authority requirements (e.g., TAQA approvals, load schedules, etc.).
Investigate and report any safety incidents or near misses.
Address any site-related issues promptly, providing technical guidance and solutions as necessary.
