Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical works during tender and pre-construction stages.
Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate pricing.
Assist in preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other financial documentation.
Contract & Commercial Management
Monitor project costs to ensure work remains within budget.
Prepare and evaluate subcontractor quotations for electrical works.
Manage contracts, variations/claims, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Support procurement of electrical materials and subcontractor services.
Project Execution Support
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate measurement of works.
Conduct site visits to verify progress and prepare interim valuations.
Certify subcontractor payments based on completed works.
Monitor financial progress and prepare cash flow forecasts.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of contractual correspondence, variations, and cost implications.
Prepare monthly cost reports, progress claims, and final accounts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and statutory regulations.
