Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting for an electro-mechanical company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the successful execution and completion of electro-mechanical projects related to electric transmission and distribution.

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial objectives.

- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity.

- Conduct regular project progress meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any issues or concerns that arise.

- Monitor project performance, identify potential risks and challenges, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.

- Foster a culture of safety and quality throughout the project, promoting adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve project objectives.

- Prepare comprehensive project reports, including financial analysis, milestone achievements, and lessons learned.

Requirements

- Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- Preferably holds an ADDC/AADC competency certificate.

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in electric transmission and distribution projects, with a strong track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

- Excellent knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices, and standards related to transmission and distribution systems.

- Proven ability to develop and execute project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.

- Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the UAE.

- Proficient in project management software and tools.
