Job Description

:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical Project Engineer with a strong background in executing high-end interior fit-out projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in the UAE fit-out sector and hold valid DEWA / DM / relevant authority approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute electrical works for interior fit-out projects including lighting, small power, LV systems, and DB installations.

Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Electrical design development.

Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defense, and other relevant authority regulations.

Review and interpret drawings, load schedules, and technical specifications.

Supervise site activities, ensure timely completion, and manage on-site teams.

Submit and follow up on authority approvals, inspections, and NOCs.

Prepare project reports, material submittals, and as-built documentation.

Ensure quality control and health & safety compliance at all times.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 6 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out / MEP projects.

Valid authority approvals from DEWA, DM, Civil Defense, or Trakhees is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of UAE electrical codes and regulations.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical load calculations.

UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Ability to join immediately is preferred.
