to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of electrical works in large-scale MEP projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial developments in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and comply with all technical and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical project activities from start to finish.
Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
Collaborate with design teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of electrical works.
Manage procurement and delivery of electrical materials and equipment.
Conduct site inspections to verify installation quality and compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution.
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Building Code, etc.).
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management and clients.
Support the commissioning, testing, and handover of electrical systems.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on site.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Project Engineer in the UAE construction industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems including LV systems, power distribution, lighting, and ELV systems.
Familiarity with local regulations and standards (DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Building Code).
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
