Mechanical Engineer (Dubai Municipality Approved)

Salary - 4,000K-4,500k (UAE Dirhams)

Job Location - Dubai, UAE

Requirements

Languages: English and Arabic (preferred).

Qualification:

University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Eng.

Dubai Authority Accreditation as MEP / Electrical Engineer (DM, DEWA,DCD, DDA...)

Member of the Society of Engineers (SOE)

Experience

: UAE - 2years Mandatory

:

- Independently manage the design of HVAC, Electrical, Civil Defends, Plumbing systems and Etisalat.

- MEP Design experience, including LV, HV, Fire fitting, CCTV, Plumbing & HVAC.

- Coordinate with architects, structural, and QS departments to ensure integrated project delivery.

- Support the supervision department in approving the materials used on the sites and the Variation Work, if any..

- Stay up to date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure compliance with DM, DEWA, DDA, TRAKHEES, Emaar, Dubai Properties, and the Dubai Building Code.

- Preparation and submission of Technical Submittals for Consultants approval.

- Oversee the development of MEP shop drawings in accordance with project requirements.

- Work closely with Project Engineers to assist in the submission and approval of Local Authority applications
