Job Title: Electrical & Mechanical Foreman
Location: Dubai and Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Company Overview:
High control tech cont LLc is a contracting company operating in the UAE, specializing in MEP and construction works. We are currently hiring experienced Electrical and Mechanical Foremen to join our projects in Dubai and Sharjah.
Responsibilities:
Supervise electrical and mechanical technicians and distribute daily tasks.
Ensure all works are executed according to drawings and specifications.
Inspect electrical and mechanical installations to ensure quality and safety.
Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and civil departments on-site.
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Prepare daily reports and submit progress updates to the project engineer or manager.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as an Electrical or Mechanical Foreman in MEP or construction projects.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Transferable residence visa within UAE.
