Electrical Foreman

AED 2,500 - 3,000 per month

10 hours per day

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Electrical Foreman

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in electrical works, preferably within the UAE construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of electricians and ensuring all electrical installations and maintenance works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide a team of electricians on-site. Plan and allocate daily work tasks according to project schedules. Ensure electrical installations are performed as per drawings and standards. Inspect work progress and maintain quality and safety on-site. Coordinate with engineers and site management for smooth workflow. Report progress, issues, and material requirements to the project engineer. Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.

Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in electrical works (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and safety standards. Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively. UAE Driving License preferred. Good communication and leadership skills.
