Supervise and lead electrical technicians, electricians, and helpers on-site.
Assign daily work tasks and monitor productivity.
Ensure electrical installations follow approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with the site engineer, project manager, and other trades.
Install and oversee work related to: Power and lighting systems Cable trays, conduits, and trunking Panel boards, switches, and sockets Earthing and grounding systems Low-current systems (fire alarm, CCTV, data, access control)
Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
Inspect work quality and correct errors or deficiencies.
Monitor material usage and request tools and materials as needed.
Report daily progress and site issues to the electrical engineer.
Assist in testing, commissioning, and inspections.
Ensure housekeeping and safe work practices at all times.
