is seeking an experienced and dedicated

Electrical Foreman

to join our growing project team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all electrical works on site, ensuring that installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, and monitor all electrical installation works on site Oversee electrical systems including

Power, Lighting, ELV, Earthing, and Lightning Protection

Assign daily tasks to electricians and helpers and monitor work progress Ensure all works comply with approved shop drawings, method statements, and authority requirements Coordinate with MEP engineers, site engineers, and other trades to avoid clashes Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to schedules Enforce HSE requirements and conduct toolbox talks on site Check availability of materials, tools, and manpower prior to work execution Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and report delays or concerns to the Site Engineer Assist in testing, commissioning, energization, and snag rectification works Maintain daily work reports, manpower records, and material usage logs Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at all times
Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / Trade Certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum

5 years of experience

in MEP electrical works At least

2-3 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or Chargehand

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and installation standards Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications Familiarity with UAE electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience in UAE construction or MEP projects is an advantage Immediate availability is highly preferred
