Job Description
:
The Electrical Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of electricians and helpers on-site to ensure all electrical installations, maintenance, and commissioning works are executed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of electricians and helpers in carrying out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works. Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure proper execution of electrical systems. Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for daily site activities. Ensure all electrical works comply with local regulations, company standards, and safety requirements. Inspect completed installations for quality assurance and adherence to design and safety standards. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades for smooth workflow and task completion. Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure timely corrective action. Maintain proper documentation of work progress, inspections, and test reports. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, materials, and equipment. Conduct safety toolbox talks and enforce HSE procedures among team members.
