We are currently seeking a skilled

Electrical Foreman

to join our dynamic team and oversee electrical works on our projects.The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for supervising electrical installation activities onsite, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and UAE standards. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in contracting projects within the UAE and possess strong leadership skills to coordinate and manage electrical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, and monitor electrical installation works on site. Ensure all electrical activities comply with project drawings, specifications, and relevant UAE codes and standards. Assign tasks to electricians and technical staff, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards, safety protocols, and adherence to schedules. Review and verify electrical shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow. Ensure proper safety practices are followed by all team members. Manage material handling, tools, and equipment onsite. Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to avoid delays. Maintain accurate daily reports, work progress, and safety documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman in UAE contracting companies. Minimum of 5 years of relevant UAE experience in large scale contracting projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and installation techniques. Familiarity with UAE electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
