Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Electrical Foreman
to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of electrical crews on construction or industrial project sites. The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for supervising installations, ensuring work is performed safely and in compliance with electrical codes, project specifications, and deadlines.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of electricians and helpers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to guide electrical installations. Plan and allocate daily work tasks, materials, and manpower efficiently. Ensure all electrical work is carried out according to NEC, local codes, and company standards. Inspect completed work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trade foremen to coordinate schedules and resolve on-site issues. Maintain accurate job site records including daily reports, material usage, and time sheets. Enforce safety procedures and conduct regular toolbox talks. Assist in the training and development of junior electricians and apprentices. Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide technical solutions on site.
