Electrical Foreman

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead electricians and site workers in electrical installations. Ensure all works comply with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations. Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and other disciplines. Monitor project progress, allocate manpower, and report daily activities. Review shop drawings and ensure accurate implementation at site. Inspect completed work for quality assurance and resolve site issues. Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment. Train and guide workers to improve productivity and safety awareness.
Skills:
Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman in construction/MEP projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems (LV, ELV, cabling, panels, etc.). Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Knowledge of safety standards and site procedures.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 3 Years UAE project experience. Familiarity with DEWA/SEWA/FEWA regulations (if UAE-based). Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
