Job Description

Electrical Foreman to

oversee electrical works for our high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure all electrical installations and systems comply with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations while delivering high-quality results within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all electrical works on high-rise construction projects. Review project drawings, specifications, and work plans to ensure compliance and execution quality. Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion of electrical installations. Manage a team of electricians and subcontractors, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, DEWA regulations, and project requirements. Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and other supervisors to address project needs and challenges. Maintain detailed records of work activities, material usage, and progress reports. Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of required materials and tools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems and equipment. Ensure proper testing and commissioning of electrical systems before handover.

Qualifications and Experience and Skills:

Education:

Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in electrical works for high-rise building projects, preferably in the UAE or GCC.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with DEWA and UAE regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
