Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to supervise with electrical infrastructure project experience. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of projects, maintain safety standards, and coordinate the team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage on-site electrical teams, including electricians and technicians. Coordinate installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical infrastructure systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and company standards. Monitor progress, report to project managers, and maintain proper documentation. Assist in planning and scheduling workforce and resources for project execution. Conduct quality checks and troubleshooting on electrical installations. Train and guide junior staff on work procedures and safety practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical infrastructure projects, preferably in construction or industrial settings. Leadership and team management. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. UAE driving license is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
