Electrical Foreman
Job Description
- Review and interpret electrical design drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate on site installation.
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians and electrical technicians during the installation of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, home automation systems, and MCC rooms.
- Coordinate daily activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain stock levels of electrical materials, oversee requisitions, and ensure proper handling and storage.
- Oversee testing, commissioning of electrical systems, preparing systems for handover.
- Monitor work progress, troubleshoot electrical issues, and promptly resolve problems to prevent delays.
- Collaborate with project engineers, site managers, and other trades to coordinate electrical activities and ensure seamless workflow.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to junior electrical staff.
- Enforce environmental, safety, and electrical codes on site, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
- Participate in site meetings, safety assessments, and client walkthroughs as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
