Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Electrical Foreman
to lead and supervise electrical teams on-site, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality installation and maintenance of electrical systems.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate electrical work on-site, including installation, testing, and commissioning. Lead a team of electricians and ensure adherence to project schedules. Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations. Inspect work performed by the team and ensure quality standards are met. Report progress, issues, and requirements to the project engineer or manager. Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure smooth workflow on-site.
Requirements:
Diploma, Technical Certification, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering. Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman in GCC projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installation standards. Leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
