We are looking for an experienced and skilled

Electrical Foreman

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical works at construction sites, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works at site. Ensure that all electrical work complies with UAE regulations, project drawings, and safety standards. Allocate work to electricians and helpers, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion. Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics. Coordinate with site engineers, other foremen, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain proper documentation and daily progress reports. Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with standards. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions on-site. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, materials, and equipment.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in the

construction or fit-out industry

(UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of electrical systems, cabling, and installation standards. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics. Proven leadership and team management skills. Good communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field.
