1. Minimum 5 years in 400kV GIS substation projects;
2. Familiar GIS equipment and protection systems;
3. Hands-on experience in HV cable works, relay testing, CT/PT testing, and switchgear functional checks;
4. Knowledge of SCADA, communication, and interface systems for transmission substations;
5. Strong understanding of TAQA / TRANSCO standards and approval procedures is an advantage;
6. Good command of English in both written and spoken communication;
7. Proficient in AutoCAD, Office, and electrical testing software;
8. Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills;
