Job Description

Managing projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors Ensure site complies within guidelines of health and safety and security. Verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors. Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders. Liaise with main and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of tasks and adherence to site regulations. Checking of invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at site and approve completion certificates Placing materials order based on BOQ and approved costing sheet Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labor schedule. Quality control of work done at site. Enforce rules, regulations and procedures at site. Contact the respective regulatory authorities to schedule inspection and comment on the completed fit-out works for the issuance of occupancy certificate. Observe the skills, attitude, attendance etc. of the workforce and rate them monthly to improve their performance at site. Close out and hand over project. Manage communication between all parties involved in development, where appropriate Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications. Work within multi-national teams.

Interior Site Engineer: 3 years (Preferred) Electrical Engineer: 3 years (Preferred)
