Job Description
Our client, a leading name in water, waste water treatment and energy management solutions, is looking to hire an Electrical Engineer for their project based in Umm Al Quwain.
Job Responsibilities:
Bachelors accommodation provided by the company.
Job Location: Umm Al Quwain
Working Days / Hrs: Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm / Sat half day
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing Reviewing Electrical Equipment and Material Data Sheets.
- Studying and complying project specification.
- Preparing and reviewing Single Line Drawings.
- Good knowledge in cable sizing, selection, cable tray sizing and selection, voltage drop calculations etc.
- Preparation of all engineering documents including but not limited to Method Statement, Project Progress, Project Program etc.
- Support Estimation team for budgeting.
- Supervision of cable laying and terminations in distribution substation equipment.
- Inspection of material and workmanship quality.
- You will have a good level of computer literacy and advance skills in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in engineering software\xe2\x80\x99s like CAD / ETAP will be an added advantage.
- You will need excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Coordination with Client, Project team, Sub-contractors for work execution.
- Monitor the progress of sub-contractors at site.
- Submission of daily progress report.
- Ensure that the standard of workmanship and the materials or equipment is compliance with the project specifications and that specified inspections and tests are conducted and records maintained to substantiate conformance.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 5+ Year GCC experience in Projects (Pumping Stations, Lifting Stations, RO Plants).
- Sound Knowledge of DEWA and Industrial Standards.
- Able to work with minimum supervision
